Metrotile Europe NV has been founded in the year 1997 and started the production of metal roof panels and accessories in Tongeren together with the affiliated company Metrotile New Zealand, which is already active for over 60 years.

Metrotile Europe NV produces for the European and African market and 98% of the yearly turnover is being exported. Meanwhile, Metrotile Europe NV has about 20 Metrotile business partners in Europe and Africa and this number is increasing yearly. Over a period of 10 years, Metrotile Europe NV has developed an established reputation in the world of the metal roof elements and is improving its position at the market every year thanks to the excellent personal contacts, a proper proportion between price and quality combined with an excellent (technical) service and diversification of the product line.

Metrotile Europe NV also tries to bring renewed products into the market year after year by investigating the market and listening to its needs. That is how MetroRoman, MultiMetroBond and MetroLight have been lanced onto the market and each time with the most of success thanks to the implementation of this principle.
